Court Appointed Community Service Program
The purpose of the Court Appointed Community Service Program is to utilize individuals in the community who are looking to complete their court-ordered community service hours at The Haven to help The Haven achieve our lifesaving goals and objectives. Community service individuals do not handle animals. To be eligible for our program, individuals must meet the following requirements:
- Need to complete a minimum of 20 hours of court-appointed community service hours
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Present a signed letter from your Probation Officer
- Be a resident of Baldwin or Mobile County only (Current government-issued photo ID required)
- Only non-violent, non-animal abuse/neglect and non-drug related misdemeanors will be accepted into the program
- Official letter from court outlining the charges and detailed community service requirements
