Instructions:
- Click the Download button above.
- Right-click the downloaded file and select “Open With” → “Adobe Acrobat Reader”.
- Now you can fill out the form and upload an image.
Tips:
Post the Adopt Me flyer for the pet you are trying to rehome to several social media pages like your Facebook page and your local community’s Facebook page.
For example, you can try and post to a Facebook group page, “What’s Happening In, (insert your city’s name)”.
More pets are being rehomed thanks to individuals in the community stepping up to find a new home and using technology.
Pet Placement Form
You can complete the Pet Placement Form IF you live in Baldwin County, Alabama. We will create a courtesy post to our Petfinder.com site.
Pet owners agree to hold The Haven harmless of any damages or injuries caused by this post and agree that this pet placement transaction is between the pet owner and the new owner.
Pets rehomed in this manner are not Haven animals and are posted as a courtesy only. All communication is the responsibility of the pet owner.
Forms submitted for owned pets that reside outside Baldwin County, Alabama will not be listed at this time due to limited time and resources. Thank you.
