Mystic Mutts of Revelry Pet Parade Rolls Through Downtown Fairhope

Presented by McSharry’s Irish Pub, the Beloved Fundraiser Benefits The Haven No-Kill Animal Shelter

FAIRHOPE, Ala. (2.5.2025) — Get ready to let the good times roll—on four legs! The Mystic Mutts of Revelry (MMOR) pet parade, presented by McSharry’s Irish Pub, will hit the streets of Downtown Fairhope on Saturday, February 22 at 3 p.m., rain or shine with special guest emcee, Uncle Henry. This one-of-a-kind, family-friendly Mardi Gras event supports The Haven No- Kill Animal Shelter, Baldwin County’s first no-kill shelter, dedicated to saving homeless pets since 2000.

Parade Highlights:
• Parade Start Time: 3 p.m. sharp
• Theme: The Real House Dogs of the Eastern Shore
• Location: Fairhoper’s Community Park
• King & Queen Coronation: Inside Fairhoper’s Community Park (Church St. & Morphy Ave.)

Since its founding in 2004, MMOR has become a Mardi Gras favorite, drawing pet lovers and parade- goers from across the region and beyond. As Baldwin County’s first and largest pet parade, MMOR boasts the highest number of walking participants in the area. Adorned in festive costumes, pets and their human escorts will parade through Fairhope, tossing beads and spreading joy.

“This parade is more than just a fun event—it’s a celebration of community, rescue pets, and The Haven’s lifesaving mission,” said Shannon Hesse Smart, Event Chairperson “Every registration helps provide shelter, food, and medical care for homeless pets in need.”

How to Register:
MMOR 2025 registration is online only and includes participation for both humans and pets:

• Adult Human (Ages 12+): $35 (include one human adult and one mutt)
• Child Human (Ages 2-12): $10
• Mutt Registration: $20
