Yesterday, nonprofit organizations across the globe focused on generating support on #GivingTuesday, the world’s BIGGEST day of giving. The Haven No-Kill Animal Shelter participated in the 7th annual fundraising drive setting a goal to raise $6,000 to support their mission of ending pet homelessness.
Thanks to our friends and supporters who came out to donate for this special event, $5,435 has been raised of our $6,000 goal. This is exciting news and would not have been possible without the unwavering support of an anonymous donor who matched every donation dollar-for-dollar up to $2k.
Today, we are extending our campaign for the next 24 hours to provide more time for you to make a tax-deductible donation and help The Haven reach our $6,000 goal. That is just $535 more that is needed to directly provide the animals with vaccinations, spay/neuter surgeries, microchips, and critical lifesaving care for the over 90+ homeless dogs and abandoned cats waiting for a second chance.
