This November, The Haven hopes to reduce shelter overcrowding and assist homeless cats and dogs in finding second chances with a special adoption promotion. “Adopt til You Drop” waives adoption fees for ALL cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies. The no-kill, nonprofit shelter matches their adoptable pets with loving families through the same adoption application and vetting process.

“This is a great time to add a new furry, four-legged family member to your life and save hundreds of other homeless pets,” stated Michael Graham, Executive Director. “Families can adopt a spayed or neutered pet, who is also vetted, with a waived adoption fee. This creates an incredible opportunity for adopters to focus on creating a long-lasting bond with their newest loyal pet companion.”

There is a $175 standard adoption fee for dogs and a $125 standard adoption fee for cats. So this special promotion gives adopters huge savings. The Haven dog adoption package includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, rabies (if three months and older), microchip, flea and tick preventative, heartworm preventative, deworming treatment, heartworm test, heartworm treatment, coupons from area businesses, Hill’s Science Diet sample bag, and much more.
