“The Lunch Bunch” a group of ladies who describe themselves as”women who don’t like women’s meetings” invited the Haven to attend their monthly meeting recently. Mike Graham, Executive Director, and Kathie Ono, Volunteer Coordinator, represented The Haven. The ladies invite different people/groups to meet with them each month so that they can learn new things and/or how to help in some way. Graham spoke of the beginnings of the Haven, what our goals are, and how the ladies could help. They all had questions, everyone laughed a lot, and Mike and Kathie said they thoroughly enjoyed meeting with these young women!!! Many thanks to Claudine Andress for inviting us.
