The 4th of July celebration will be a star-spangled one for The Haven as they extend the celebrations to their July 5 and July 12 pet adoptions. On July 5, they will be at Pet Supermarket on Daphne from 11am to 3pm, then one week later on July 13 they will be at Petsmart at the Eastern Shore Plaza during the same times. Their Mobile Adoption Rescue Unit (M.A.R.U.) will be full of star-spangled animals, bursting with love and energy and eager to find their forever homes. The compassionate and friendly Haven staff and volunteers will be on-site to answer any questions to find the perfect match. The Haven knows you’ll hear fireworks when you meet your next best friend.
All adoptable animals are current on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped. They have been tested for heartworms (treated if positive) and feline AIDS/leukemia and treated for fleas and worms. The adopter also receives the animal’s medical records, a free bag of Science Diet food, a FREE pet training DVD, and FREE thirty days of pet health insurance. Adoption fees are $90 for dogs and $65 for cats.
